He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Koloc and Hazel Koloc (Arnold); and his brother Paul Koloc. He is survived by: his spouses, Stella Bitz and Vivian Petrik; his children, Tammy Hammell (Gary) of Waukesha, Lori Baumgartner (Doug) of Strawberry Point, Connie Schulte (Darrel) of Cedar Rapids, Deb Linder of Hedrick and A. J. Koloc (Pam) of Dundee; and his sisters, Rita Dellenger (Steve) of Virginia, Kay Sullivan (Danny) of Cedar Rapids and Eileen Monachino (Frank). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
