He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Beem and Mary Beem (Kennedy); his wife Janice Flaws; and his brother Robert Beem. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Klein of Duncombe and Joe Beem of Webster City; his grandchildren, Amanda Sowle (Andy), Adam Klein (Sara Miller) and Katelyn Ubben (Brandon); and his sisters, Beverly Rickabaugh of Webster City and Dorothy Allie of Webster City. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
