She is survived by: her children, Chris Hartley (Jill), Wade Hartley (Erica Reese), Rachelle Weideman (Mike) of Duncombe and Cody Hartley of Forest City, Iowa; her brothers, Terry Hammond (Linda) of Ringsted and Art Hammond (Wanita) of Swea City, Iowa.; and her former husband Roger Hartley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
