She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jean Purkapile, Karen Halverson and Richard Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Doreen Fawcett (Steve) of Stratford, IA, Denise Northup (Tom) of Wichita, KS, Dennis Godwin (Traci) of Rockwell City, IA, David Godwin (Teresa) of Council Bluffs, IA and Dana Lensch (David) of Elliott, IA; and her siblings, Linda Fenn (Carl) of Independence, MO and Ron Nelson Fort (Nancy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
