It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Brandt of Duncombe, Iowa, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Royster and Lulu Royster; her siblings, Ruth Ball, Dean Royster, Pearl Kaufman, Dorothy Legg, Catherine Powers, Marjorie Royster and Chuck Royster; and her daughter Rhonda Brandt Wood.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Brandt of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her children, Angela Habben (Tim) of Westminster, CO, Jamie Brandt (Beth) of Duncombe and Jeff Brandt (Lynette) of Webster City.
