She is survived by: her mother Shirley Teepe Howard of Evansdale; her former husband Donald Blue; her children, Amanda Spencer-Cammack (Dontavious) of Evansdale, Dustin Blue (Elizabeth) and Josh Blue of Clarksville; and her brother Lester Howard (Denise) of Dunkerton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; a niece; and a great nephew.
