He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Haines; his daughters, Denise Duryee (Troy) of Mason City and Doreen Price (Gary) of Mukwonago, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Tara Cockram (AP Nelson) of Hampton, Gabby Duryee of Mason City, Nick Price (Ashley) of Elkhorn, WI, Katie Price of Germantown, WI and Kyle Price of Mukwonago, WI; his great grandchild Addilyn Nelson; his siblings, Debbie Mouw (Ed) of Dumont, Barb Morrow of Whitehall, Ohio and Jerry Collins of Waterloo, Iowa.; and his pet Gussy Collins. He is also survived by his family and friends.
