He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Wickham and Zada Wickham (Toombs). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Wickham (Londa) of Fairmont, MN and Mary; his grandchildren, Emily Hahn (Lincoln) of Brookings, SD, Katherine Rahrmann (Eric) of Cambridge, UK, Lauren Tan-Wick (Edwin) of Carver, MN and Riley of Oregon; and his wife Betty. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
