He was predeceased by: his parents, Halden Collins and Ollie Collins (Kriens); his wife Diana Maye Jamison; his children, Kevin Collins and Kathy Blayer; and his brothers, Rick and Jim Collins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Collins and Kristi Reeder (Mark); his sisters, Debbie Mouw (Edward) and Barb Morrow; his sister-in-law Cheryl Collins; his son-in-law Richard Blayer; and his grandchildren, Patrick O'Bryant (Molly), Audrey Gadison, Tony Reeder, Tyler Reeder, Lily Reeder, Shawn Collins (Holly) of Dakota Collins, J. D. and Austin Blayer. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
