With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gordon Schrock of Dumont, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gordon left this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Schrock and Alice Schrock (Delp); and his in-laws, Rev. John and Margaret Ailts. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Schrock of Dumont; his children, Amanda Neppl (Bryan), Abby Lampe (Mark) and Jeremy Schrock (Ashley) of Dumont; his grandchildren, Cam Mears, Ava Neppl, Ashlynn Neppl, Josh Neppl, Cole Lampe, Samuel Lampe, Amelia Schrock, Madelynn Schrock and Jonas Schrock; and his siblings, Robert Schrock of Lawrence, Sharon Weddle of Minneola and Sandra Hinson of Topeka, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (1701 Central Ave E, Hampton, IA 50441). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
