He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rauen and Mary Rauen (Arlen); his wife Janice Rauen (Pasker); his sons, Jeffrey and Patrick; and his siblings, Peter Rauen (Vernie), Sylvester Rauen (Eileen), Louella Beckman (Mark), Myrene Lattner (Clifford), Theresa Milbert (Butch), Ardella Even (Gabe), Florence Callahan (Ray) and Rita Hess.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Flynn (Tom) of Epworth, June Flynn (Steve) of Arizona and Julie Tressel (Tom) of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Tommy Flynn (Amy), Katherine Flynn, Megan Davidson (Ryan), Laura Cooley (Lance), Nicole Tressel, Sarah Orr (Chad), Michael, Zack and Sophie Rauen; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Christian Cooley, Riley, Lily Orr, Thomas and Jude Flynn; and his brother-in-law Gerald Hess.
