He is survived by: his children, Jean Leisen-Bondoc (Norman) of Madison, WI, Teresa Sellinger of Sparta, NJ, Steven Leisen (Tammi) of Urbandale, IA, Amy Ouellette (John) of Murfreesboro, TN, Daniel Leisen (Theresa) of Dubuque, Diana Moroney (Mike) of Dubuque, Angela Seeley (Jack) of Charlotte, NC, Molly Leisen of Dubuque and Anthony Leisen (Morgan) of St. Paul, MN; his grandchildren, Evan, Peyton, Delaney, Haley Bondoc, Griffin, Devin, Alexandra Sellinger, Vincent Leisen, Morgan, Zachary, Samantha Ouellette, Natalie, Isabel Leisen, Brock, Connor, Nicholas, Madeline Moroney, Olivia, William, Elena, Caroline Seeley, Robert and Ethan Leisen; and his brother Richard Leisen (Rhea) of Dubuque.
