He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Loomis and Joyce Loomis (Fishler); and his stepson DJ Peterson. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Loomis-Stading (Skyler); and his siblings, Garry Redman (Julie) of Dubuque, Sue Polkinghorn (Mike) of Dubuque, Mike Loomis (Lisa) of Dubuque and Harold Loomis, Jr. (Donna) of Ferndale, WA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish - Sacred Heart (2215 windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
