He is survived by: his wife Kris Gallagher; his children, Timothy John Gallagher Jr., Kelly Kathryn Gallagher and Ryan James Gallagher; his siblings, Patrick Gallagher, Jeanne Breitbach (William), Robert Gallagher (Connie), Thomas Gallagher (Cindy) and Kathryn Bailey (Douglas); his in-laws, Richard Trausch (Lori), Timothy Trausch, Kevin Green and Trish Boegel (Don); and his pet Matilda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Funeral Home and Crematory (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home and Crematory (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columbkille's Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52003).
