He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Larry" Driscoll and Helen Driscoll (Valentine); his brother Thomas Patrick; and his sister-in-law DiAnn Driscoll. He is survived by: his siblings, David Driscoll, Sr. (Theresa) of Hudson, IA, Terry "Milt" Driscoll of Peosta, IA, Jim Driscoll (Peggy) of Dubuque, Steve Driscoll, Sr. (Julie) of Asbury, IA, Lauri Driscoll-Hite (Al) of Ottawa, IL and Deb Helbing (Dennis) of Platteville, WI; and his caregiver Darla Stackis (Ted) of Dubuque. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Tim's name.
