He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scholl and Eleanor Scholl (O'Regan); his siblings, Jim Scholl, Mary Jane Davis (Cliff) and Betty Stackis (Ted); his parents-in-law, Rhodes "Bud" and Marcella Isenhart; and his brother-in-law Andy Isenhart.
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his grandchildren, Ian, Ben, Sarah, Rachel, Leah, Emily, Tony, Ella, Mia and Lillian; his sister Maggie Kotz (Vince); his siblings-in-law, Lou Ann Scholl, Susan Hoffman (John), Bob Isenhart (Sue), Mike Isenhart, Chuck Isenhart and Thomas Isenhart (Joanne); his daughter-in-law Beth Scholl; and his sister-in-law Marlene Speers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be given to Stonehill Care Center or Hospice of Dubuque.
