He is survived by: his wife Judy Kramer Rowley; his children, Grover Priebe (Tracy) of East Dubuque, Thomas Priebe Jr. (Melissa) of Dubuque, Jeff Rowley (Teri) of Dubuque and Julie Wiebke (Travis) of Mason City; his sister Pam Gagne of Dubuque; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Kay Casper (John) of Mission Viejo, CA, Sandy Kapparos (Mike) of Dubuque, Pam Priebe of Dubuque, Linda Wiedemann (Terry) of Dubuque and Bill Kramer (Cheryl) of Dubuque. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
