He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Laura and Jeff; his children-in-law, Mike and Kelly; his granddaughters, Sara, Kylie, Makena, Morgan and Lydia; and his sister-in-law Georgia. He is also survived by his cousins, nephews, nieces and other family members, as well as the many friends.
