It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas P. Billmeyer of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Billmeyer and Maureen Billmeyer (Blocker); and his sister Carol Tjon-A-Joe. He is survived by: his children, Zoey Billmeyer and John Pokorny (Michelle) of Rockton, IL; and his siblings, Richard Billmeyer of Dubuque, IA, Mary Beth Rupert of Naperville, IL and Colleen Martens (Troy) of Cedar Rapids, IA..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Dubuque.
