He is survived by: his mother Karen Thompson (Trizulny); his children, Brandy Phend (Kenneth Bostic), Krystal Thompson, Tyler Thompson (Julie), Brandon Horkheimer, Brittany (Jordan Thornburg), Dakota Thompson and Cameron Thompson; his grandchildren, Eiyanna, Kywren, Elyse, Arya, Rylie, Sam, Willow, Letti, Lazarick "JoJo", Isabella, Abel and Teri Sue; his siblings, Julie Lahr, Jim Thompson (Lynn) and GlenNiece Kutsch; his parents-in-law, Paul and Judith Horkheimer; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Horkhiemer and Darryl Horkheimer (Brenda). He is also survived by his family, friends.
