She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George, Elaine Wortley, Ray "Sarge" and Darlene Stowers; her aunts, Connie Tarleton, Cindy Winser, Karla Mashaw, Jill Stowers and Joan Stowers; her nephew Michael Joseph Stowers; and her brother-in-law Rick Smothers.
She is survived by: her parents, Lu Ann Wortley (Greg) of Des Moines, IA and Michael R. Stowers of Dubuque; her children, Amberlynn Marie Von-Rohrbach (Damir) of Middleboro, MA, Tristin Michael Holzhauser (Rylee Walk) of Lynchburg, Virginia and Spensyr Jo Chamberlan of Florida; and her sisters, Traci Heacock (Michael Curler), Michelle Smothers Cook (Chad Cook) and Holly Campbell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
