Ostert (Ken) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Daniel, Crystal, Damon, Lilith and Liam; and her siblings, James Kelly of Houston, TX, Irma Kelly of Dubuque, Marla Jones of Houston, TX and Ann Gibbons (Richard) of Dubuque.
