He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Sprague (Entringer) and Leslie "Les" Sprague. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie, Barb, Terry and Gary. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, great nieces, and nephews, and one great-great nephew.
