Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steven touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Alan Koeller and Rita Alma Koeller Baker (Neugebauer); his stepfather John Baker; and his mother-in-law Carol Hammel. He is survived by: his husband Gerald "Jerry" Koeller Hammel; his siblings, Deborah Clemens (Mike) of Dubuque, Barbara Potts (Jeff) of Dubuque, Donna Clemen (Rod) of Dubuque and Kevin Koeller (Tracy Ruffridge) of Dubuque; and his friends, Tony and Dennis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
