He is survived by: his parents, Frederick McMurray and Barbara Ann McMurray of Dubuque; his sister Debi Butler (Andy) of Dubuque; his nephew Ryan Butler (Priscilla) of Chicago, IL; and his great-nieces, Isabella and Julia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
