She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cherrier and Mary Cherrier; her husband Julian "Jukes" Regan; and her siblings, Jeanette Murphy (Jack) and William Cherrier (Jean).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay Webb (Mike) of Dubuque, Dianna "Diane" Riniker (Tim) of Durango and Dave Regan (Dawn) of Dodgeville, WI.; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Russell, Matthew, Emily, Ashley, Brock, Maxwell and Aubree.
In lieu of flowers a Shirley M. Regan memorial fund will be established.
