With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Noel of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Balltown, Iowa, who passed away on January 9, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Riniker and Leona Riniker (Jaeger); her children, Cathy Ann Noel and Randy Noel; and her siblings, Lavern Riniker and Verna Mae Brimeyer (Nicholas).
She is survived by: her husband William L. "Bill" Noel; her children, Cindy Mills (Mike) of Mooresville, NC and Rick Noel (Lisa) of Nantucket, MA; her grandchildren, Jason Noel (Jess) of Baraboo, WI, Jacob Mills of Mooresville, NC, Claire Noel of New York, Lily Noel of New York and Eva Noel of Durham, NC.; and her sister Diann Ott (Junior) of Peosta, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Shirley's honor to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital or Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
