With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Regan of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kubitz and Minnie Brenner Kubitz; her husband Paul Anthony Regan; her children, Connie, Teddy and Dennis; and her brothers, Hank, Arlan, Donnie and David.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Droessler (Robert) of Davenport, Don Regan (Cherie) of Asbury, Sharon (Rick), Tom Regan of Dubuque and Karen Regan of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Tony Regan (Ashley), Karyn Degenhardt (Mark), Julie Droessler, Rachel Kelly (Mark), Nicole Salyer (Zach), Dakota (Britt Tolson), Alex Regan (Corine), Lindsey Regan, Nathan Regan and Adam Roth (Amber); her great grandchildren, Derek, Isiah, Houston, Avery, Colton, Keira, Kendall, Landon, Elliott, Hayven, Kensly, Dawsyn and Peyton; and her sister Bonnie Bakewell of New Albin, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
