She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Winders and Dorothy Winders; and her brother-in-law Harold Neal (Ralph). She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Gratton (Wayne), Lois Neal and Dennis Winders (Loretta); her children, Timothy Klecker and Tami Klecker-Fay; her grandchildren, Kimberly Harrison (Alvin), Robert Klecker (Shelby), Adam Bell (Alicia), Jonathan Klecker (Madeline), Joseph Klecker and Derrek Fay (Victoria); her great grandchildren, Karlina, Jasmine, Mariea, Kasandra, King, Zamariy, Lilith, Lucas, Liam, Paetyn, Emery, Iris and Asher; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Heim. She is also survived by her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sandi's name to Church of the Nativity in Dubuque Iowa.
