She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Patrick and Marjorie Hayes (Schmitz); her husband Michael C. Wagner; and her siblings, Kenny, Ruth Auer, Patty Gatewood and Sherry Reinelt.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Wagner (Laurie) of Dubuque, Jeff Wagner (Nila) of Dubuque, Mary Beth Olson (Paul) of Dubuque, Scott Wagner (Tricia) of Dubuque and Anne Marie Wagner (Tim Durkin) of Newtown, CT; her grandchildren, Josh (Tiffany), Jayson (Tara), Kyle, Aiden Wagner, Shawn (Jenna), Daniel (Cassie), Emily (Max Potter), Ellen (Mark Mohr), Claire, Amanda Olson, Adam, Sophia Wagner, Ethan, Julia and Erik Lindblom; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Lyla, Kye Wagner, Bennett, Everly, Quinn, Baker Wagner and Beau Potter; and her siblings, Ronnie Hayes (Donna) of Dubuque and Kathy Arensdorf (Thomas) of Eldridge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Catholic Charities.
