He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Hibben and Ione Hibben (Brown); his wife Leona; his son Steven; his great grandchild Gabe; and his brothers, Richard "Bruce" Hibben, Ronald "Buck" Hibben and Robert "Bob" Hibben.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Hibben (Karen) of Waterloo, IA, Vicki Payne (Don) of Traer, IA and Robert Hibben (Amy) of Asbury, IA; his grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua Hibben and Jeremy Payne; and his brother Jimmie Hibben (Joan) of Florida.
Memorials may be given to Westminster Presbyterian Church.
