With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rudolph Anthony Bellmann of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Rickardsville, Iowa, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Janet; his granddaughter Andrea Bellmann; and his siblings, Ceil Tigges, Mary Becker, Clara Ahmann, Agnes Melssen, Leonard, Joseph, Carl and Gene.
He is survived by: his son Herman (Mathilda Farni Bellmann); his wife Joan Haxmeier; his son Robert Bellmann of Dubuque; his grandson Anthony "Tony" Bellmann of Dubuque; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Haas, Lou Bellmann and William "Bill" Haxmeier.
Rudy donated many gallons of blood over the years giving every three months.
