She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Campbell and Helen E. Campbell (Gaherty); and her sisters, Carol Petesch, Susan Campbell and Lynne Petesch.
She is survived by: her husband David Chatfield; and her sons, Dan of Milwaukee, Shawn and Ryan Chatfield (Chris Hall) of Dubuque. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
