He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Olinger of Dubuque, IA; his daughters, Connie Azinger (Kevin) of Pella, IA and Kimberley Merfeld (Mark) of Peosta, IA; his grandchildren, Abbey Pollard (Eric), Lacey Taylor (Eric), Lakyn Merfeld, Bayleigh Merfeld, Alexa Azinger and Levi Azinger; his great grandchildren, Adyson, Quinten, Avary, William Pollard, Lane and Navy Taylor; his siblings, Sally Richard of Dubuque, IA and William Kemp of Dubuque, IA; his sister-in-law Sherlon Kemp of Winter Haven, FL.; and his caregiver Holli.
