He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Smith of Dubuque, IA and Liz Running (Jeffrey) of Aitkin, MN; his sister-in-law Donna Hauber of Dubuque, IA; and his close friend Karen Buerger of Dubuque, IA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
