He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J Mulgrew Sr. and Mary Lou Mulgrew (Cawley). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Gronen (John) of Dubuque, IA, Michael Mulgrew (Linda Hart) of Toronto and Ontario; and his nieces and nephews, Anna Mulgrew Pernerowski (Taylor), Matthew Mulgrew, Jack, Will Gronen, Charlie, Liam Pernerowski, Ivy and Delilah Gronen.
A reception was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 1585 Central Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001.
