He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dostal and Margaret Dostal (Frye); and his brother Thomas Jerome Dostal. He is survived by: his brothers, William Dostal (Janice) of Iowa City and John Dostal (Julie) of St. Francisville, LA; his nephews, Alan Dostal (Janann), Thomas Dostal (Sheri), Steve Dostal (Michele) and David Dostal; and his niece Lisa Aylstock (Bryan).
