He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Ervolino and Grace Ervolino (Skelton); his parents-in-law, Ruth and Richard Billmeyer; his brother James; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Billmeyer and Mion Ervolino.
He is survived by: his wife Jayne Billmeyer; his children, Amy Tranel (Josh), Anthony (Alyssia Ulrich) and Michael Ervolino (Peyton); his grandchildren, Eliana, Colton, Sophia, Scarlett, Lily, Leighton, Everly and Rowan; his caregiver Bob; and his close friend Steve Seipp.
Memorials may be given in Bobs name, to St. Columbkille's Church, Hospice of Dubuque or the Clarke University Physical Therapy Program.
