He was predeceased by: his parents, Fieldon Haigh and Dorothy Haigh (Hines); and his siblings, Robert, Al Haigh and Jean Wilke.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Debra O'Connell (Robert) and Rich Haigh; his grandson Logan O'Connell; and his sister Joyce Morgan of Cedar Rapids.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003).
