He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene G. Kramer and Beatrice J. Jones Kramer; and his sister Mary Ann Dutra. He is survived by: his former wife Gwen Wessels; his children, Karmen Wilhelm (Steve), Kourtney Keough (Dan) and Kurt Kramer of Fargo, ND; the mother of his children Gwen; his sister Dolores "Dee" J. Schulte; his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Dutra; and his close friend Kate. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren.
