We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023, at the age of 76, Richard D. Cheney of Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cheney and Erma Cheney (West); his in-laws, Donald and Madonna Stuart; and his sisters-in-law, Paula Prada and Portia Holloway.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela Stuart; his children, Christina and Christopher; his brother James Cheney (Sherry); and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Kelley (Mark) and Charles Prada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu flowers a of memorial has been established.
