He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Reynolds and Elsie Reynolds (Hadley); his wife Darlene Oertel Reynolds; his grandson Andrew Martens; and his sister June.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Martens (Tom) of Dixon and Vicky Kern (Dan) of Galena, IL; his granddaughters, Sarah and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Aleahla and Joshua.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to Hospice of Dubuque in Ray's name.
