It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Morgan of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on November 25, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Adair and Emmaline Adair (Stand); his grandmother Susie Davidson; and his brothers, Bobby Dale Adair and Robert Lee Adair.
He is survived by: his significant other David Phillips of Dubuque; his children, Kristie Ostrander (Dan), Shawn Phillips (Kathy) and Mike Phillips (J. R.); his grandchildren, DJ, Morgan, John, Ian, Joe, Ben and Sam; his siblings, Barbara Knapp (Dennis), Sue Rose (Ike), Wadie Adair and Mackie Adair; and his pets, Layla, Ellie, Rocky, Fritz and Foster.
Memorials may be given in Ray's name to the Dubuque Humane Society or the Colts Drum Corps. Keep Ray's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
