He is survived by: his wife Sue Schiel; his daughter Tabitha Frank (Tim Kirkpatrick) of Dubuque, IA; his grandchildren, Caleb, Dalton, Bobby, Addalynn, Emmit Blackburn and Felicity Kirkpatrick; his stepchildren, Tammy Wilkins (John) of Nichols, IA, Tracy Rubner (Josh) of Peosta, IA, Kari Brashaw (Billy Pearson) of Dubuque, IA and Kelli King (Jimmy) of Dubuque, IA; his former wife Sue Lang of Dubuque, IA; and his siblings, Sharon Jones, Ron Frank, Sharla VanCleve (Chuck), Shirley Hess (Randy), Sheila Pluemer and Riki Frank (Rose).
