We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2022, at the age of 66, Randall Joe Koster of Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Koster and Mary Koster (Duehr); his son Kevin; his parents-in-law, Grace and Charlie Clancy; his siblings, Dan, Bob and Cheryl; and his brothers-in-law, Leon and Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Clancy; his children, Tim Koster and Amy Jo Driscoll (Josh); his grandchildren, Alissa, Joe Daniel, Skylar, Danielle, Olivia, Mason and Waylan; his great grandchildren, Harley, Rian, James, Giovanni and Raigha; his siblings, Dale Koster (Nicole) and Linda Packer-Koster; and his sister-in-law Sharon Koster.

A Randy Koster memorial fund has been established.
