Phyllis Webster Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Webster (Dubuque, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Boyer (Rave); her husband Don Webster; her father Joseph Boyer; her sister Sharon Boyer; her parents-in-law, Mary Ellen and Austin Webster; and her brother-in-law Bill Webster.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristine Haecker (Roger) of Reedsburg and Amy Gibbs (Adam); her grandson Charlie; her sisters, Mary Barton (Bill), Carol Kelchen (Larry) and Deborah Boyer; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Ray (John), Gail Champion (Bob), Kathy McCauley (Bill), Maria Heim (Ted) and Gary Webster. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52003). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
