She is survived by: her husband Cary Matthews; her children, Zachary (Abby Kok), Isaiah (Sara Fry-Matthews), Rebekah (Seth Walters), Ruth and Aaron; her grandchildren, Ezra, Rowa, Luna and Juniper; and her siblings, Ann Greiling (Dave), Paul Herrig (Paula), George Herrig (Susan), Thomas Herrig, Michele Raynak (Bud), Mary Jean Herrig and Carol Waddick (Dan).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
