She is survived by: her friend Lou Ann; her children, Terry Smith of Dubuque, IA, Ted Smith (Angela) of Arlington, IA, Tina Cruz (Sam), Pennsburg and PAand Travis Smith (Kristin) of Dubuque, IA; her grandchildren, Skyler Mobley, Dominic Smith, Tyler Smith, Lucas Smith and Joseph Smith; her siblings, Laine Thelwall (Eddie) of England, Michael Tombs (Helen) of England, Maggie Tombs of England and Valerie Passmore (Bill) of England; and her brother-in-law Paul Rogers. She is also survived by her family and friends.
