He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pechous and Celeste Pechous (Lynch); his siblings, Ed Pechous, Raymond Pechous and Mary Ellen Irving (Nicky); and his granddaughters, Brianna Pechous and Briana.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan (Krynn) of Dubuque, Iowa, Stephen of Las Vegas, Nevada, Carol McEleney (Edward) of Iowa City, Iowa, John of Dubuque, Iowa, Robert (Sandy) of Indio, California and Annette Barton (David) of Dubuque, Iowa; his sister Margaret Goss; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Irving, Tom Bryant, Bill Saunders, Marilyn Pechous and Mary Pechous; and his grandchildren, Christina (Rick), Paul (Sarah), Creighton (Sarah), Alexander (Calla), Devin (Brett), Bianca, Melina, Karina, George, Charlie and Elena. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
