He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kieffer and Virginia Kieffer (Lenstra); his daughter Shayne Roth; his great grandchild Aurora Roth; his siblings, Sharon Kieffer, Janell Temperley and Scott Kieffer; and his brother-in-law Jake Temperley.
He is survived by: his grandson Cody Joseph; his children, Jeremy Kieffer of Ballston Spa and Carrie Tigges of Dubuque; his son-in-law Duane "Butch" Roth; his grandchildren, Yasmine Moran, Cody Kieffer, Sawyer, Wyatt Tigges, Katelyn Scholtes (Mark), Emily Roth, Taylor Roth, Paisley Roth and Sydney Roth; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Mason, Aubrey, Aaron and Raelyn; his sisters, Sandi Baker of Scottsdale, AZ, Jolene Humke (Steve) of Dubuque, Jill Law of Scottdale, AZ and Jackie Kettmann (Steve) of Bellevue, IA; and his sister-in-law Diane Kieffer of Dubuque. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
